一、广东普通专升本英语写作评分标准（应用文 15 分档）
评分档次：
13–15 分（优秀档）：覆盖全部要点，语言流畅，语法准确，句式多样，格式规范，几乎无错；
10–12 分（良好档）：要点齐全，少量语法小错，表达基本自然，格式基本正确；
7–9 分（及格档）：要点基本覆盖，错误较多，影响部分理解；
≤6 分：要点缺失多、错误密集，难以读懂。
打分：11 分（良好档）

Notice on the tea party
On behalf of the Student Union, I am now making an announcement to the person who will be concerned.
We are terribly sorry to inform you that the tea originally scheduled for next Friday has to be rescheduled because a faculty meeting needed to be held in the teaching building. We cannot hold the tea meeting as planned.
After coordination, the tea meeting has been rescheduled to 6 p.m next Saturday in the teaching building. At that time, we will prepare more snacks and drinks for everyone.
At last, please notify the others concerned, thank you for your cooperation.

三、优点
1.三个规定要点全部写齐：致歉、改期原因、新时间地点，任务完成度达标，这是拿基础分的关键。
2.应用文格式大体具备：标题 Notice、正文、落款日期 + 学生会 + Li Hua，符合通知体裁框架。
3.掌握通知高频句型：We are terribly sorry to inform you that…、has to be rescheduled、thank you for your cooperation，用词贴合通知场景。
4.逻辑顺序合理：先致歉→说明原因→公布新安排→收尾提醒，条理清晰。
四、缺点 & 错误（按严重程度排序，专升本阅卷重点扣分点）
1. 用词、表达生硬 / 中式英语（主要扣分项）
the person who will be concerned 表达别扭，通知标准写法：all concerned international students / all concerned students
the tea 指代不清，第一次应该写 tea party，后文再简化；多次写 tea meeting，题目是茶话会 tea party，属于名词误用
At last 书面通知不推荐，改用 Finally / Please kindly note that
needed to be held 时态不当，原因是将要召开会议，改为 will be held
2. 语法、标点小错误
6 p.m next Saturday 缺少逗号：6 p.m., next Saturday
句子 At last, please notify the others concerned, thank you for your cooperation. 逗号拼接两个独立主句（逗号粘连），典型专升本高频扣分病句，修改：
Please notify other concerned students. Thank you for your cooperation.
落款顺序：英文通知规范：日期放在右下角最上方，然后机构，最后署名；本文落款顺序虽然不算硬伤，但容易被阅卷老师视作格式瑕疵。
冠词、单复数小瑕疵：the others concerned 改为 other concerned students 更地道。
3. 句式单一，缺少加分亮点
全文大多简单句，复合句很少，几乎没有非谓语、定语从句等高级句式，卡在良好档上限，冲不到 13 + 高分。
4. 细节遗漏（隐性扣分点）
题干说明是面向留学生的茶话会，文中没有点明对象 international students，信息贴合度弱。

六、备考提分建议（针对专升本英语应用文）
通知开头直接写通知对象，不要写别扭的 the person who will be concerned；
杜绝逗号连两个完整句子（comma splice），是专升本阅卷重点抓的错误；
题干限定对象（留学生、外教等）一定要在文中体现，证明读懂题目；
适当增加 1–2 个复合句，拉开和普通作文的分差。
