It is obvious that not everyone is willing to give their opinions. Some people their the questions in the questionnaire or survey involve their personal privacy so they are reluctant to answer. Other people consider the questionnaire or survey useless in changing a certain situation or solving problems, therefore, they reject this kind survey.

很显然不是所有人都愿意给出自己的观点。有些人认为问卷或调研里的有些问题涉了隐私，所以他们不太愿意回答。而另外一些人认为问卷或调查根本没有改变某一现状或是解决问题，因此，他们拒绝这类调查。
