Well, there is no doubt that questionnaires or surveys are very good methods to find out people's opinions. Almost all the questionnaires or surveys are non-tangible so that people would express their viewpoints without scruples. In this way, organizations could understand the public's opinions through collecting and synthesizing the results.

I really don't think it is good to find out people's opinions by asking them to fill out questionnaires or conducting surveys. For what I can tell, many people are tired of filling out questionnaires and answering questions in those surveys so that they deem them as time-consuming and just refuse to do that or even make short shrift of it.

我真的认为通过问卷或调查来了解人们的看法这一做法并不好。就我所知，很多人都厌倦了填写问卷和在调研中回答问题以至于他们认为，所有的问卷和调查都是在浪费时间，并且他们都拒绝参与这些活动或者甚至敷衍了事。
