Dear Customer Service,
My name is Li Ming and I am a customer of your travel agency. I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service of your travel agency during my recent travel.
First of all, during the trip the tour guide took us to many different places to do the shopping, which wasted too much of our money and time. In addition, most of us thought that the guide was not competent enough because he knew little about the tourist spots. What was worse, the food served to us was of poor quality and the hotel accommodation was rather awful. Finally, the provided transportation was not convenient at all, wasting a lot of our time.
I hope that you can take all the above complaints seriously and make up for our losses. Moreover, it's high time that you should take some measures to improve your service.
