I feel unhappy if it rains. In hot days, I'm going to lose my temper quickly because of trifles.如果是下雨的天气我会感到不开心。在阀热的天气,我会很容易因为一些小事而丧失耐心。

No,I don't think so. British people pay more attention to weather because weather in Britain is more changeable. They should make good preparations in advance.

I would cancel my plans and stay at home if possible. Of course, I have to do the routines if it is a weekday.
