Which Is Better:Talk or E-mail?

Demand the justification for personal preference on communication method seems to be a silly idea at the beginning, for it is all but an outcome of free decision. But we can surly learn something from the reasoning.

 

Primal cause might be : out of habit . The force of habit is immense for common people . Any thing new will face the trail of the public; the growth of popularity might not be immediate. In this case, e-mail is a brand new way of communication developed only recently, that demands people to have some skill to mas-ter. Older people might refuse to acquire this skill.

Secondly, a computer terminal is much less easier to get comparing to common telephone. Although e-mail has the merits of transporting files and images, it's impossible to make direct contact by computer,which is necessary for mailing, anywhere and anytime. The convenience of telephone is incomparable with e-mail, and the emergence of mobile phones ensured the status quo.

 

Our final argument will be an economic one. Since free e-mail accounts are everywhere now on the in-ternet and telephone rate is still on high volume, the economic reason would drag some users to e-mail, but getting a computer set is still some expenditure not bearable for anyone, that makes things even.

 

As for me, it is the coldness of text message prevents me from loving it. Me and my girl chats from time to time and I know nothing will replace chatting. A lot of the context other than the message itself can-not be transmitted through network, that's for sure.
