For instance，many vital documents are handled better since they have to be solved carefully and patiently by females. Ultimately，it is crucial for the equal numbers of men and women to work in groups.This means that males and females are supplementary to each other in the field of work. 【131】

Although these benefit a lot，we cannot overlook the drawbacks that such a way of employment namely equal nembers of men and women may impact on the economic development of the society. The main reason is that it could affect the work efficiency. Given that female fail to undertake too much work in physical work，and given that the speed slows due to the work，too many females can bring shortcoming on the process of the society. In the second place，females can work better on the occupation such as communication than males in that they naturally possess the appetency. In other words，male cannot acquire benifits as soon as possible in the negotiation. Lastly，the division of labor must be clear and exact. This cannot ignore the purpose whose reason is the special skills between men and women are different. 【141】
