Unemployment is becoming increasingly serious in many countries. Some people think students only need to receive primary education，while others think secondary education is necessary. What’s your opinion？

第四段：理由

目前地科技需要改革和创新，这也需要具备高知识水平的人来完成。生产力的进步通常依赖于新技术。同时，先进的生产力又能促进财富的增长，从而市社会福利变得更好，人们也就不会再为失业后的生存问题发愁。而这些光明的前景考更好的教育才能达到。

Ultimately，the current science and technology need to be innovated and renovated，which requires those with more education to finish. Productivity forces are always improved by new technologies. Furthemore，advanced productive forces will create more wealth，so that social welfare will be better. No on will worry about what to live on after losing jobs. And this prosperous future can only result from more education.

思路：

Ultimately，+句子...so that+句子...。For example，when+句子...，+句子...because of+名词...。It is undoubted that+句子...due to+名词...。

结尾段：

通过上面的比较和对比，任何人都能把握地得出结论：中等能教育不是一种选择而是一种必须。失业永远不应该成为拒绝中等教育的借口。

From the above comparison and contrast，anyone can safely conclude that secondary education is not a choice but a must. What is more，unemployment should never become an excuse to reject secondary education.

作业：

The number of cars keeps increasing，so road systems should be expended. Some people think the cost of road should be paid by the government，while other people think the car owners should play it. What is your opinion？

轿车数量逐渐增加，因此，公路系统需要扩建。一些人认为政府应该为此买单，而另一些人认为汽车的拥有者应该为此买单。你的观点是什么？

 

With the rapid development in the modern society where we live，expending road system has been play a significant role. Some people assert that the government should pay the cost of road，while others argue that the car owners must be responsible for the cost of road.From my perspective， both of them should pay the cost of road.【58】

 

First of all，it is beneficial to be paid for the cost of road by the government because car owners are easy to be controlled. In other words，it is good for people that the government invest money to expend the road system，as people do not need pay more money beyond themselves.And we cannot ignore fact that the car owners pay the cost of the road since the government can reduce the financial pressure .This means that people and the government can make an effort to create good road system expanding.【92】

 

Secondly，it is not struggled that the government need to enlarge the road system at any time in that the government owns adequate economy and the force for building the road. If car owners pay the cost of road system，the government need long time to coordinate capital to broaden the road system. More importantly，the government and car owners pay it together，which can make car owners understand how to protect the road system and to obey the law of the traffic.【83】

 

From the above comparison and contrast，anyone can safely conclude that the government and car owners should pay the cost of road expanding together. Although it is hard for the enlarging road system to charge for car owners，it is also the car owners’ responsibility that it is unavoidable. Only in this way，can we get the comfortable and enlarged road to drive on roads. 【65】
