Nowadays，when we talk about +题目， it is becoming the focus of people’s concern that +从句（有些大学允许学生自由选择某些课程的任课教师）。What factors lead to this phenomenon has become a concern to many people. In my opinion，the following reasons should be taken into consideration.

Nowadays，when talking about Students Selecting Their Lecturers，it is becoming the focus of people’s concern that numerous universities entitle the students to choose freely the teachers for some courses. What factors lead to this phenomenon has become a concern to many people. In my opinion，the following reasons should be taken into consideration.

第二段：阐明因数1+因素2

The first reason can be seen by every person is that +句子（第一的因素）。The second thing that must be taken into consideration is that +从句（第二的因素）

    The first reason can be seen by every person is that a teacher’s professional knowledge and ability is the most significant factor，since students choose his course to learn knowledge. The second thing that must be taken into consideration is that a vast number of students think a teacher must know how to teach rather than teaching method and skills.

第三段：总结现象的利+可能产生的弊

There is no denying that it is beneficial that+从句（学生自选任课教师）,which can provide a good chance for sb.However，if so，it will also be  unreasonable and ineffective.

不可否认的是，……是有利的，这能给某人提供很好的机会，但是，如果这样，也会不合理的并无效果的。
